Join us for our 9th Annual Celebración del Día de Muertos hosted by Hughes Family Tribute Center.
Experience an authentic celebration of Day of the Dead with mariachi music, Mayan dance performances, local artists,
folklorico dancers, face painting, children's games, and art projects.
The Celebración del Día de Muertos will be held on selected dates starting on
Friday, October 27, 2023
and ending on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
Celebración del Día de Muertos started in 2014 with a crowd of less than 100 people. With each year, Celebración del Día de Muertos has grown, adding new and interesting things for families and community members to enjoy!
Celebración del Día de Muertos is an authentic celebration of the Day of the Dead. Some of the highlights of our event includes live mariachi music, local artists, games for children, and a crowd favorite- dances from Mayan dancers, Grupo Pakal!
This year we are excited to announce that we have several art installations and exhibits that will be on display! Come and enjoy La Ceiba: The Sacred Tree of Life Art Installation along with several art exhibitions by local artists that celebrate culture as well as life and death.
